Oh cool, you've run a marathon too!

I ran the London Marathon 3 times but never got below 4 hours. Unfortunately health problems have stopped me running so number 4 isn't going to happen.

That's amazing! Seriously. I am planning to run the Seattle half marathon this fall but never want to try another full one again. :)
Also, thanks for your kind defense of me against the wankers at my blog. Feels fatherly of you, in a very good way.

Good luck with the Seattle Half - what time are you hoping for at the finish? In all the pictures I've seen of Seattle it looked rather hilly but I guess there is enough flat round the water's edge for a course.
I'm glad you don't mind me defending you - last night I was wondering whether I over stepped the line but obviously not. I had thought I was being brotherly but I guess I am old enough to be fatherly!
P.S. I may have tracked you down on Facebook.
