The Bible

I'm thinking of doing a few posts on the Bible and what I see as misconceptions with the church about what it is or isn't.

Does anyone think this may be a good idea? I probably won't get round to it for a while as I'm off on holiday soon.

    I think this would be a great idea. I've greatly appreciated what Brian Mclaren has to say about the Bible (thank you for lending me the book - i've nearly finished!), particularly his attempt to get away from the sola scriptura view: in fact sola anything except sola God/Jesus.
